On behalf of NCDOT Division 7 Project Engineer, Brian Ketner, I am sending you the Start
of Study Letter and Project Vicinity Map for STIP project U-6010, which involves
improvements to the US 70 (South Church Street) at SR 1311 (University Drive)
Intersection, including widening US 70 to a multilane roadway from SR 1311 (University
Drive) to Westbrook Avenue in Alamance County, North Carolina. Please refer to the
attachment for the Start of Study Letter and Project Vicinity Map. If you have any issues
