This Letter of Credit is for the tract known as L-8 for the Little Contentnea Creek/Contentea Creek Mitigation Bank. This
tract is being removed from their Bank and is no longer going to be required to be monitored. Therefore, yes, the Letter
of Credit SB93884 can expire on June 21, 2018 without a renewal.
