Dear Kenneth Moore,
On May 1, 2018, staff of the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR), Water Quality Regional
Operations Section (WQROS), inspected the subject single family residence surface irrigation
wastewater treatment and disposal system. I would like to thank Mr. Moore for your assistance
during this inspection. The purpose of the visit was to conduct a compliance inspection and
complete the requested name change.
On the day of the inspection all single family residence wastewater treatment and application
equipment-appeared to be well maintained. Floats were not checked because of the depth to float.
System was operated manually and appeared to be operating properly. The spray field (shared
with Ms. Dade) was in good condition and all heads were operating properly.
