Jeff — Since the BUA and DA are not increasing, and the SCM will be reconfigured, we can handle this as a minor plan
revision. Jut submit the revisions with revised calcs, plans, and cover letter explaining the change.

Robert,
We are in the process of designing some revisions to the approved Harkey Creek Subdivision. This project uses 7 Wet
Ponds for water quality, the revisions affect only one pond. The revisions will reduce drainage area to the pond by 0.75
ac (from 10.65 ac to 9.90 ac) and reduce the impervious area draining to the pond by 0.10 ac. The wet pond itself will be
slightly reconfigured, the outlet device will not be changed. Do I need to resubmit for these fairly minor changes? If so,
what is the procedure?
