An application is being made to Duke Energy Lake Services for the required Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) permit to construct this private marina. Stabilization for this proposed site is already in place, we will be constructing the private marina only. Plats and a dock drawing are enclosed for you review. We ask that you advise us, by return mail with in 45 days, of any comments you may have concerning this development or of any permits your authority may require. The Summer Cove Homeowner's Association agrees to comply with all recommendations, requirements, and/or conditions from the various federal, state, regional, and local agencies in regards to the private marina dock application. Including the condition that no mechanical fueling of motorized watercraft will be allowed or any form of fuel containers are permitted on the dock or shoreline.
