Given the wider roadway typical for a C&G section, it made sense to lessen the skew of the culvert to make it shorter rather than longer, although the stream impacts stayed the same, the wetland impacts increase by 0.01 acre due to taking the impacts out to the easement (it should have shown this way originally) at site 19. In addition, removing the existing channels bend at the upstream culvert face should lessen erosive forces of the water on the channel. Please see the attached phasing plan for the revised culvert to show the techniques for dewateri ng. Thanks and please let me know if you need any additional information.
