Thank you for sending us this email regarding our stormwater permit. We have tried several avenues to change our
mailing address since we cancelled our PO Box last year. Listed below is an email I recently sent to the NPDES branch
regarding our NPDES renewal. If there is not a single database, can you make sure your records are updated to make
sure all future correspondence are sent to the following:

The default address for the Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County (WSACC) should be 232 Davidson Hwy.
Concord, NC 28027 (not 28025). The PO Box 428 was closed over a year ago and we’ve been trying to get this
information updated since. I’m also not sure where the PO Box 707 comes from but this is not an active address for
WSACC.

As for the names and titles, Harry M. Wilson is the Executive Director (Owner), Travis M. Fowler is the Facilities Director
and is the Contact Person and has Permit Signature Authority, John Ritchie is the ORC and has Permit Signature Authority
and Chad VonCannon is the Assistant Engineering Director and has Permit Signature Authority and his phone contact
needs to be corrected to [phone].

Can you make these corrects based on this information or do we need to complete a form and have signatures for these
corrections?

We mailed the attached letter in March and it was returned to our office. Your permit expires on May 31, 2018. The
attached letter explains the instructions for submitting outfalls and checking permit contact information.
