The new library building is is being sited on the College's property inbetween exiting buildings in order to maintain continuity with the current Campus configuration. The current design moves the building as far out of the isolated wetland as possible while still maintaining proper set backs and conformation with necessary building code requirements. 1 b. The facility will be constructed using best management practices including eriosion and sediment control structures such as silt fences and hay bales and any other mandated controls. 2. Please note that this decision flocs not assure that the payment will be approved by the permit issuing agencies as mitigation for project impacts. It is the responsibility of the applicant to contact these agencies to determine if payment to the NCEEP will be approved. You must also comely with all other state, federal or local government permits, regulations or authorizations associated with the proposed activity. This project specific acceptance letter is being issued based on our prior agreement to accept a donation of land in lieu of payment. The Ecosystem Enhancement Program has agreed to provide up to 4 acres of wetland mitigation for future Johnston County Community College projects in the Neuse River Basin Hydrologic Unit 03020201. This acceptance is not transferable. It is the applicant's responsibility to send copies of the issued 404 Permit/401 Certification permits to NCEEP.
