The following restates your questions and is then followed by our response. Additional Information Requested 1. Please provide a site vicinity map for the project clearly communicating where the site is located relative to surrounding area. Please find an attached copy of the parcel taken from the Wake County GIS website. 2. Please show all stream impacts including fill slopes, dissipaters, and bank stabilization on the site plans. All proposed stream impacts were shown on the original submittal. No additional stream impacts are proposed other than those shown in the initial submittal. Dissipaters are only proposed for the larger perennial stream crossings. 3. Please show all wetland impacts including fill slopes on the site plans. - << ,~; P~% ... ~ : ~~.~,,. No additional wetland impacts are proposed other than those requested in the initial submittal. 4. Please specify the percent of the project imperviousness area based on estimated built-out conditions and provide an inventory of all impervious surfaces (building footprints, roads, driveways, decks, sidewalks, gravel- covered areas, etc.). Local regulations require that the projects impervious surface area cannot exceed 24%. If the project's area exceeds 24% proposed built upon area is removed. The engineer is calculating the proposed percentage, which will be forwarded to your office upon completion. S. This office believes that the wetland impact labeled on the plans as Impact Area 22 can be moved or reconfigured to avoid the impacts to wetland. Please revise the plans to avoid the impact. This impact area is being reviewed in an effort to minimize the impact. The engineer will try to slide the driveway to the southern end of the lot (i.e. upstream side of the wetland) where it is narrower in an attempt to further reduce the impacts. This revision will be sent to you upon completion. 6. Please provide copies of your stream determination forms or field notes to document intermittent and perennial stream calls. As discussed with Mr. McMillan, S&EC evaluated pertinent streams (those with permanent impacts upstream) using current stream forms to replace the original forms completed in the past. Photos of the evaluated areas are also provided. Please find attached, copies of the stream forms and their corresponding photos. Please call if you have any questions or require further explanation.
