Description of Collection System or Treatment Process: Operation of a 255,000GPD wastewater
treatment facility consisting of a 25,000-gallon Chlorine contact chamber, inlet rotating bar screen,
bypass manual bar screen, 56-acre solid set spray irrigation system, (1) 16-acre center pivot, 3
facultative/ storage lagoons and pump station with (2) 800GPM vertical turbine pumps. The collection
system consisting of 7 pumping stations. The facility is located at 188 Water Treatment Rd.

year with no violations.
