This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCS00304. A summary of the findings and comments noted during the inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report. The Collection System Non-sampling inspection was conducted by Division of Water Resources staff from the Washington Regional Office. The following deficiencies were noted during the inspection: Inspection Area Description of Deficiency Pump Station PS#2: The portable generator used as a backup power source was inoperable at the time of the inspection. There is no electrical quick connection at this site and no bypass system setup in the event the pump station loses operational capabilities.This station is lacking a backup power source and/or bypass system pumping source. Pump Station PS#3: The portable generator used as a backup power source was inoperable at the time of the inspection. Pump Station • PS#4: The portable generator used as a backup power source was inoperable at the time of the inspection. To prevent further action by the Division, carefully review these deficiencies and address the causes of non-compliance to prevent the recurrence of similar situations.
