Hi Bob, and thanks for your email. I visited this site with Brian Wrenn (NCDWR) and Eric
Black (Sepi) on 8/9/2016. I have not issued a JD on this project yet, and likely won't until
a permit application comes in. However, aquatic resources were field located and
verified (no changes made from original delineation). The feature marked as "Ephemeral
Channel" was determined to be non-jurisdictional for the Corps. Hopefully this helps.
