Attached is the repair plan for the buffer. I assume I need your review and approval before I execute the planting?
Correct?

Mike,
Your project is still on hold pending a request for additional information. At this time, I am in the process of drafting an
additional hold letter. During the site visit which I conducted on April 23, 2018, 1 observed the removal of trees from
Zone 1 of the riparian buffer which is a violation of the Neuse River riparian buffer rules. Please see the link below to
view and print a copy of a Notice of Violation -Notice of Intent to Enforce letter which is being mailed to your property at
104 Turquoise Creek Drive today via certified US Mail.

Mike,
So, your project requires you to plant 582 square feet of at least 2 different native hardwood trees. They need to be
planted at either an 8 feet x 8 feet density or a 10 feet x 10 feet density planting. So, if you plant at the 8 x 8 density you
will need to plant 6 trees and 9 trees at the 10 x 10 density.

Stephanie,
We are struggling to understand the requirements for item number 2, the planting of two trees is clear, planting
436 trees per acre, would mean my entire yard would need to be filled with trees, based on acre ratio to my 1/8,
I would still need to plant hundreds of trees, that just makes no sense. My architect does not understand what we
need to show?

Mike
