We had a follow up meeting yesterday at our office with the agents and the interested resource agencies. Most of the concerns from the agencies (USFWS, DCM, NMFS and NCWRC) are for the proposed cut through from Banks Channel into Topsail Creek, in relation to shorebird foraging area and the adjacent primary nursery area (PNA).
