Dear Mr. Brown: 
The Northeast Cape Fear Umbrella Mitigation Bank (Bank) is providing preliminary acceptance to supply 
mitigation credits for impacts to non‐riparian wetlands associated with the above‐referenced project 
located in Castle Hayne (New Hanover County) NC. Please refer to the table below depicting the type and 
quantity of credits requested and reserved for your project.

The Bank will reserve the stream and wetland credits identified above through August 10, 2018.  Note that 
requests to reserve credits beyond 90 days will require a deposit. Please contact us if you need a 
reservation to extend beyond the 90‐day period. 

Upon request for credit transfer, the Bank will issue an invoice in the amount of $7,480.  Upon receipt of 
payment, the Bank will provide an executed Transfer of Credit Certificate for the total amount of credits
