Site work is near complete and stormwater piping and swales are installed for this low-density project. Owner will be
recording plat and will begin selling lots soon. What is needed to close-out stormwater permit?

• Minor Modification Approval Letter dated 11/2/17
• Field Change Approval Email dated 11/30/17
PS — I called Robert Patterson who was our last point -of -contract at NCDEQ on this project, but his voice mail said he
