IAN,
Per our conversation a couple of minutes ago, I wanted to inform you that I submitted a request for
a transfer of funds from the North Carolina Division of Parks and Recreation to the NC Division of Water
Quality earlier this week in the amount of $240 on behalf of Jordan Lake State Park to cover the application
fee for WQC #3689. 1 anticipate receiving a receipt for this transfer by one week from today, 4/8/09, and will
send this receipt, in addition to the 4 additional copies of the application sets to you directly.
Please let me know if this is acceptable, and don't hesitate to contact me if you need any additional
information. We have already received our NWP Verification from the USACE for this project.
