Comments: No Practical Alternative has been found to constructing the 16 X 22 shed 10 feet inside the 50 buffer area. An abandoned septic tank sits at a point that prevents bringing the shed forward. The septic field is situated in front of the tank making it uncertain if the shed could be adequately secured over the septic field and would destroy the functionality of the system if a hand washing sink were to be added at some time in the future. The width available does not provide sufficient room to locate the shed alongside the septic system. The area was purchased for the specific purpose of construction the shed. Ticks in the underbrush were so thick that a worker brushed against some of it and another worker picked 3 ticks off him. Our 9 year old grandson, who lives with us, would regularly have his soccer ball roll into the area and was not allowed to get it out. We would regularly have to check him for ticks and found ticks on him. I got ticks from brushing against it while mowing the grass. Removed another tick from myself this morning after walking through the area yesterday. Bite with circle around half of it. Doctor looking at it tomorrow.
