I am writing in response to the "Request for More Information" that was sent to my attention, in
reference to the Wake County Continuum of Care Project on May 4, 2009, which states that our submittal
package was lacking the BMP Supplement Form.
That form and its associated information that you have requested is ready to be submitted. However, your
office has indicated that upon resubmittal of this information it could take as much as 30 to 45 days for
the review staff to review our package, provide verification of its completeness and issue comments or an
approval.
We must begin clearing and grading our project site as soon as possible in order to stay on schedule. This
is a difficult site, with several areas of rock. Therefore, we have decided to withdraw our application
from the regular review process and instead, submitted it in the express review program on Friday May, 8,
2009. On that date, our design team representative met with Lia Gilleski and Joseph Gyamfi of the
Raleigh Regional Office, and reissued submittal documents, including those documents above that were
indicated as missing.
Please be assured that our design team will work with you in any way possible to help expedite review
and approval of this very important project for Wake County. Should you have any questions or
