That doesn't discriminate between zones, meaning fences would also be allowed in Zone 1, but to the point of your question, in Zone 2, it should be pretty easy to minimize the disturbance, since you aren't required to have "forest vegetation" that you'd normally have in Zone 1. Hope that helps, if you need any additional clarification. The rest of what you noted is good/true/useful in remembering in relation to fence installation. Hi Chris, We have been asked if a fence can be erected within Zone 2. 1 know no impervious surfaces are allowed, and diffuse flow must be preserved, just wasn't sure about a fence.
