Mr. Jennell,
I looked at the outfall points on the application, and this appears to be the right stream segment. I'll proceed with the
info. on the Certificate of Coverage referencing South Buffalo Creek as the eventual receiving waters. You should
receive the stormwater permit package soon.
Best regards,
Bethany Georgoulias

Subject: Stormwater Permit NOI Application for DJ's Repair
Mr. Jennell,
I am processing your stormwater NPDES permit application, and I have a question about receiving waters. On the
application, you noted the receiving water (where stormwater discharges eventually flow into) as grass, holding pond. I
am trying to verify which stream segment is accurate. I have identified South Buffalo Creek (See the screen shot
below). Is this accurate? If you are not sure, please go to the Waterbody Classification map viewer and let me know
what stream segment it should be. (You can search your address there and click around on the water segments for
info.) We need to note this on the Certificate of Coverage, and I need to identify whether this is an impaired water or
not. The information about whether this was a 303(d) listed stream was left blank on the NOI. Thanks so much for your
help!
