Stephen, per our phone conversation earlier this week and field review yesterday. The
Division wants to add rip rap toe protection on B-5236 as described in the e-mail below
and shown on the attached permit drawing. The toe of slope in these areas are
inundated at high tide and we have had issues with the fill material sloughing off. The
rip rap will placed within the existing permitted fill limits.
