Dear Mr. Perry:
On October 13, 2008, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your revised application
dated August 13, 2008, and Public Notice issued October 10, 2008 (received by the DWQ on
October 13, 2008, and all additional information received November 18, 2008, January 27, 2009,
April 6, 2009 and April 13, 2009, to fill or otherwise impact 0.166 acres of 404/wetland (0.126
acres of proposed impacts and 0.04 acres of previously conducted impacts) associated with the
proposed roadway and sewer line to access the eastern portion of the site. On March 6, 2009, the
DWQ sent you a "Request For More Information" correspondence. You have not adequately
responded to item No. 1 from that correspondence which is restated below:
1. Please show all stormwater inlets and outlets on the plan detail sheets. Also, include a
complete depiction of the land area draining to each of the stormwater outlets with an
estimation of the imperviousness (including roads, driveways, sidewalks, building
footprints, decks, etc.) associated with each of the drainage areas.
The most recent submittal failed to show all stormwater inlets and outlets. In addition, it failed
to depict the drainage areas in a clear manner, with the entire drainage area on one plan sheet
with all topographic contours clearly labeled.
For these reasons your permit application is hereby considered returned. Once you have
redesigned your project to address the problems and inadequacies with your application as it was
submitted, you will need to reapply for DWQ approval. This includes submitting a complete
application package with the appropriate.
