The receiving stream will stay the same and the discharge from the plant at this outfall will travel the same flow path but it will be approximately 40 feet longer. I will update the site plan and the SPPP if we relocate the basin and adjust everything else as required. If anyone has any questions don't hesitate to call or email me. Thanks for your help. However, I am copying the original reviewer of this permit in our group, Rick Riddle, in case he has any concerns. If not, the company just needs to ensure the SPPP, site plans, and sampling are adjusted for the relocated basin and outfall. Bethany, We have a permit for a temporary concrete batch plant that is producing the concrete for the pavement for the NCDOT project U2579B Northern Beltway in Winston-Salem. All runoff from this site drains through 2 skimmer basins and is discharged through each pipe from the skimmers as detailed in the site plan submitted with the original permit application. Due to a minor change in the construction of one ramp for the roadway, it may be necessary to relocate the basin in the southwest corner (outfall 1). The layout of the plant, the activities in drainage areas and the size of the drainage areas of the site will not change. The perimeter ditch draining to the basin will be modified slightly. I checked in the permit and I couldn't find anything specific on modifications to the site. Can you tell me where to find the info or what we will need to submit for these modifications? Thanks for your help. Sincerely, Scott Gallman, P.E.
