Project Location: The project site is located adjacent to Bogue View Court Subdivision,
Newport, Carteret County.
Proposed Project: The applicant is proposing to construct a pier, platform, fmger piers, tie
pilings, 8 slips, extension of the existing gravel access road, a boat and RV
storage area and a future 52 lot subdivision.

Enclosed is a revised Sheet 1 (of 5) of the project plans for the Stroud Major CAMA application. The
revised plan, dated April 7, 2009, shows the 100' line between the proposed docking facility and the
adjoining pier.
This is the only change/addition to the original Sheet 1, dated November 5, 2008, submitted with the
permit application. The enclosed revised plan is signed and sealed by Alan Bell, PLS and a copy has been
provided to the Division of Coastal Management.
