Yes, the floodplains after construction were below water, so we had them place some we would have a defined channel.

Subject: Culvert 133 Dull Road
I did a spot check yesterday and cannot quite figure if the floodplain benches were constructed per the plans. The culvert looks
good. Pictures are attached. There doesn’t appear that benches were constructed at the inlet. Outlet benches were covered in
rock vs. core fiber. Was there a reason for this?
