Please see the attached updated PCN, site plan and engineering drawing for the Yates Store Road project as well as your
original request for more information letter and the stream buffer call letter from the Town of Cary. The impacts have
changed and now include stream and buffer impacts due to a road crossing. FYI — I am still waiting on confirmation on
the NWP number from the Corps and will pass it along as soon as I have it. Please let me know if you have questions or
comments.
