Hi all,
I've attached a pdf with info for the Lee-Bryan pre-application meeting in Garner.
1. Directions from 401 unit.
2. USGS topo, 1993. Note that stream IS depicted (as intermittent) - it also shows that the garage at issue, which is
in the Neuse buffer, was there before the rules went into effect.
3. Aerial w/ contours from county GIS site, showing existing and proposed stream alignments (my sketch, I'll also
bring several proposed alignments from the civil engineer.)
4. Contours from county GIS.
5. Historic aerials, showing the pond was not there in 1949 but looks like it is filling up in 1954. Hard to know if there
was an actual stream going through there then or if it was just a topographic crenulation, guess it's immaterial at
this point in time?
I'll see you out thereat 10 a.m. on Friday. I am still waiting on the engineer to get back tome with the drainage area
calculation.
