I am following up on the below inquiry on behalf of Amazon. As the UNC1 facility in Charlotte, NC is not listed in your
database, Amazon is resubmitting the attached No Exposure Certification application. The hardcopy has been sent via
mail to the Stormwater Permitting Program.

Please see attached change of owner affiliation that we received 8/24/17. I cannot find this facility listed in our
database. If you were assigned a permit #, please provide the number so that I can update our system. The system
shows several other permits listed under the same company name but not this particular site.
