eontractors andlor egents assoeiated �vith the constnzction or maintenance of this project with a copy of this
authorization Ictter, alI �onditions, arxi �ny au�horized ��tadificRtions. A copy of tliis authoriznfion leiter, nll
condilions, and any authvrized mvdifieations, shall he available at the projeel site during constructian and
maintenance af tliis project.
Any violation of Ihe attached conditivns or deviation from yaur submitted plans may subject the pennittee to a stop
�vork order, a restoration order, a Class T administrative penalty, �ndfar appropriate legal action.
