During the inspection we observed the site and found they have only one outfall. This is a small metal part fabrication facility. We discussed with Jennifer Cutting and Naiden Kremenliev about the possibility of qualifying for a No Exposure permit if they can provide cover for the dumpster outside and store the buckets indoors. Based on the inspection I recommend the North Carolina general permit NCG030000 for Metal Fabrication.
