Collection System on 3/28/2018. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is
operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit
No. WQCS00309. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the
enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".
There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a
response to this inspection report is not required.

Inspection Summary:
All records and log books were very well organized and maintained. A copy of the collection system permit,spill response
plan,sewer use ordinance,capital improvement plan and map of the collection system were all available for review. The
annual 10%of line cleaning was met for the previous year. High priority lines are being inspected at least once per every six
month period of time. Grease education materials are being disrtibuted as required.The rights-of-ways that were visited
during this inspection are accessible in the event of an emergency. Also,the pump stations that were visited during this
inspection appeared to be operated and maintained properly with very good housekeeping.
