Dear Willie Bethune,
On March 26,2018,staff of the NC Division of Water Resources(DWR), Water Quality Regional
Operations Section (WQROS), inspected the subject single family residence surface irrigation
wastewater treatment and disposal system. The purpose of the visit was to conduct a compliance
inspection.
On the day of the inspection all single family residence wastewater treatment and application
equipment appeared to be well maintained. Tanks and floats were checked and appeared to be
working properly. System was also operated manually and appeared to be operating properly. The
spray field was in good condition all heads were operating properly. One riser had a pinhole(back
left corner), please complete the needed repair and contact this office as soon as it is completed.
