In accordance with our phone conversation, I understand that CMH Homes, Inc. is requesting a revision to the proposed
stream impacts listed on the stream impact table in the August 3, 2017, PCN to better reflect the Stream Culvert
Replacement Exhibit, dated December 5, 2017, included with the PCN as follows:
S1: Permanent 43 feet (New 68' culvert — 25' of pre-existing culvert removed = 43')
S2: Temporary 25 feet (Restoration of 25' of streambanks in location of removed pre-existing culvert)
S3: Temporary 20 feet (20 feet associated with impervious dikes for bypass pumping).
Please confirm.
