Attached are the revised erosion control and grading/stormwater plans for the subject project that shows the newly
identified wetlands, which are located on the east side of Hooper Creek and away from the proposed development
activities.
David Brown verbally approved the Jurisdictional Determination for these waters and we are awaiting formal approval.
David indicated that he would not copy you on his approval email and that I would need to forward his approval to you.
David also said that he can approve the 404 permit after he approves the JD. I already delivered the attached plan
revisions to him to expedite his 404 approval.
From our last telephone discussion, I believe the JD approval and the revised plans the last things you need to issue the
401 Water Quality Certification.
After we receive the JD, 404 and 401 approvals, then Henderson County can approve the erosion control and
stormwater permits.
