We had received our letter regarding our NOV from the state from the inspection that Mr. 7uvia
conducted. We understand the NOV and wanted to respond within the 15 days allotted. Regarding the
Chain- of- Custody violation we have made all operators aware that their signature will be needed on it
and this problem should be taken care of. Secondly, regarding the composite sampling we are currently
in the process of purchasing a portable composite sampler that will be used when we do the test in
