This is to inform you of the attentions I have taken to correct the violations from our inspection on
April 3rd. Since the inspection I have contacted Water Tech Labs and spoken with Cathy Gragg. We are
working together to get copies of the reports we are missing.
I did however find reports for 2015 -2016 in a box in storage.
Please let me know if I need to do anything further.
