The Division of Water Resources (Division) Winston-Salem Regional Office has reviewed the request for
final closeout of the on-site mitigation project associated with the widening and extension of Hartley
Drive. The Division has determined that the mitigation project has met the success criteria as documented
in the 401 Water Quality Certification 2007-1995 and monitoring can be terminated at this time.
The long-term protection mechanisms included in the approved Mitigation Plan must remain in effect in
