As we discussed over phone messages, I am requesting that we get permission from the NCDWQ to make our mitigation
payment to the NCEEP within 60 days afterwe receive the USACE 404 Individual Permit. We will notify you of our receipt
of the USACE 404 Individual Permit as soon as we get it so you can start the 60-day clock.
