They are showing a crossing over an intermittent stream, and they did not give an indication that DWQ did IP calls out there. Impact lA and 1B; 1B is a diagonal crossing of an intermittent stream right above the confluence with a larger perennial UT to Herndon Creek, which is also being crossed (Impact 1A). The PCN states that the crossing cannot be moved further east or west because this will cause more impacts to the perennial crossing (Impact 1A). The property is pretty snug up there, so this may be true. Impact 3 - 60-65 degree angle. Also, this leads to "future development". Does this need to be done right away, or can this impact be done when the "future development" begins? Imperv. calculation is 23.8%. Site is located within WS-IV protected area. However, calculations/figures are confusing. The calculations attached with the PCN use a site area of 948 acres, but in Section VII of the PCN the site is listed as 314 acres. Also, the calculations list 739 lots, but I count 180 lots on the plans. I am not sure of the significance of these discrepancies. My comments are on BIMS.
