I didn't see the email Jennifer sent to me when previously requested the account# she want the Ad request billed to. She did her due diligence through my own omission didn't see that email and as such that explains why the AD didn't get built and run in The Charlotte Observer. This is my fault, and I always take ownership of my mistakes and sincerely apologize for this omission. She agreed with my offer to set the AD to run Friday, 4/13. I will send her an AD Proof/Order Confirmation of the 4/13 run and will discount your AD 25%for good customer service. Again my sincere apologies.
