The 401 says it expires when the 404 expires and the expiration date of the 404 has been extended. We normally
wouldn't provide anything in writing in this type of situation but feel free to share this email with Judy. If she
needs/wants more than this email just have her call me and I'll get her what she needs.

Good Morning Sue,
I wanted to touch base with you on this permit extension. What are your thoughts on the 401 extension? I believe Judy
will want something showing we have extended these permits before she will approve the next permit
modification. Can you let me know if there is something we can do or the State can provide that will show the
associated 401 has been extended?
I have attached a copy of the current 401.
