The work on the stream (rock cross vanes, coir fiber mat, etc.) was completed today.
Patrick, I assume from Dave Mchenry's office was present during much of the work This

should complete all work required from the NOV with exception to my response letter as
outlined on page three of the NOV. I have to leave at 8:30 tonight with the 6th grade
class in Macon County for a trip to Washington, D.C. I will return at 6am on Sunday. On
Monday I will complete the response packet and submit to Mr. Barnett and Ms. Amy. I
will copy Mr. Anderson on the response.
Sorry for the violation, I appreciate the spirit of cooperation we received thru this
process. In twenty years of construction this is the first and I hope the last NOV.
