The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until all of the following items are addressed: [15A NCAC 02H .0507 (c)] 1. Please provide a detail of the proposed seawall with rip rap apron. 2. Provide photographs of the shoreline proposed to be stabilized. Include a scale of some sort— a yard stick, shovel handle, etc. 3. The application states that there will be 2,500 square feet of disturbance below the normal pool lake level; however, the diagram on page 3 of the application shows 6' x 500 (3,000 square feet). Please clarify the amount of disturbance below the normal pool lake level. 4. Please provide a detailed site plan showing property boundaries and proposed location of the seawall. I have included a help document to aid in the application process. Shoreline Stabilization Help Document (formerly posted as "A Lake Dweller's Guide to the 401 Water Quality Certification Process") Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received in 30 days, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application package and the appropriate fee.
