Subject: DWR 2018-0405 - Seeley, 170 Cabin Bluff Dr - Lake James
On April 4, 2018, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application dated March 13, 2018,
requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification from the Division for the subject project. The Division has determined that
your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until all of the following items are
addressed:
1. Please provide additional information as to the correct amount of rip rap necessary for shoreline stabilization, both
above and below the full pond level of Lake James.
2. Please provide information as to whether it will be necessary to remove any trees for the purposes of shoreline
stabilization.
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the
proper consideration of the application. Please provide a response by January 15, 2018.
