Subject: Project Infinity
Bryan,
The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DELMR), received a complete Stormwater Management Permit
Application for the subject project on March 05, 2018. Staff review of the plans and specifications has determined that
the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 2H.1000 rules. We
are forwarding Permit No. SW3180303 dated April 23, 2018, for the construction, operation and maintenance of the
subject project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall be subject to
the conditions and limitations as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency permit that may be required.
The original signed permit package and approved plans are being mailed to Alan Lewis at:
TKC CXVIL, LLC
4500 Cameron Valley Parkway, Suite 400
Charlotte, NC 28211
This project will be kept on file after 30 days at the Mooresville Regional Office. If you have any questions, or need
additional information concerning this matter, please contact me at (919) 807-6375; or rick.riddlekncdenr.gov.
