Dear NCDEQ:
Bohler Engineering is pleased to submit on behalf of H&H Holmes, the revised Stormwater Quality Plans
for Main Street Station located at 8200 Waxhaw Highway, Waxhaw, North Carolina. The following is
our comment response letter addressing comments received from NCDEQ dated April 9, 2018. Each
comment is addressed and responded to as follows:

Comment 3: Multiple plan sheets with the same sheet number, C-403
Response 3: This has been updated.
Comment 5: Pond 1:
A) vegetated shelf slope on the plan view does not appear to scale to 6:1
B)DA/BUA not consistent between calcs, plans, and SWU-101
Response 5: A) Vegetated shelf slope on plan view has been delineated with elevation spots at
bottom and top of shelf to reflect required slope. See sheet C 404
B) Calcs, plans, and SWU-101 consistently show all required information correctly
Comment 6: Pond 2:
A) vegetated shelf slope on the plan view does not appear to scale to 6:1
B)DA/BUA not consistent between calcs, plans, and SWU-101
C) Plans show a 1.5” orifice, calcs show 1.75”
Response 6: A) Vegetated shelf slope on plan view has been delineated with elevation spots at
bottom and top of shelf to reflect required slope. See sheet C 405
B) Calcs, plans, and SWU-101 consistently show all required information correctly
