The following restates your questions/comments and is then followed by our response. 1. Please make the following two corrections to the "BMP Planting/Sodding Notes" on Sheet C4.2: a. ` The vegetation in the bioretention cell may not be fertilized on a regular basis. Only a one-time application of fertilizer to establish the sod is allowed. b.. The application of herbicide in a bioretention cell should be avoided. Please see the revised Plan Sheet C4.2. 2. Please conduct afield test to determine the SHWT in the vicinity of the proposed bioretention cell. If the SHWT is greater than two feet beneath the invert of the bioretention cell, then show-the correct elevation in the "Bioretention Filter Media Cross-Section " on Sheet 4.2. If the SHWT is less than two feet beneath the invert of the bioretention cell, then you must either redesign the cell to provide greater separation or select a more appropriate BMP for the site.
