Ft. Bragg ensures that no future development will occur at the site that will cause the 24% impervious surface threshold for the overall site plan to be exceeded. This will demonstrate that Item V.B.i.a.of the requirements ("...considering both current and future development") has been met. This will also demonstrate that the proposed facility will not substantially contribute wastewater through current or future development. 2. A narrative be provided describing the stormwater system to be accompanied by drawings described below 1 of 2 3/25/2009 9:21 AM RE: Pope ASP stormwater a. The proposed stormwater conveyance system at 1 to 50 scale with substrate type indicated (ie: grass, riprap, etc) b. Cross sections of the drainage swales to show the shape (ie: trapezoidal or v-bottom) c. Cross sections of the proposed munitions storage structures that clearly show the vegetated soil roof system so that they can be viewed as a "green roof' rather than as impervious surfaces d. Delineated drainage areas e. A site drawing that clearly distinguishes between existing and proposed impervious surfaces Ft. Bragg request an extension to the 30 day period for the withdrawal of Ft. Bragg's 401 permit application. An email specifying a delivery date for the above requested information will suffice for this.
