Dear Mr. Hart,
The Town of Plymouth respectfully requests a renewal of its permit 113-11, and a minor
modification to the permit.
The town would like to extend its park bulkhead and boardwalk along the Roanoke River
approximately 160 ft to the west as shown on the attached Site Plan. The new bulkhead and
boardwalk would connect the existing bulkhead and boardwalk to the town's 50 ft pier.
The town has sent an Adjacent Landowner Notification to Tom Harrison, whose property will be
crossed by the project, along with a request to waive the 15 ft setback. He has indicated by email
that he has no objections to the project crossing his property.
The town has sent Adjacent Landowner Notifications to the two adjacent landowners, Sussex
Enterprises Ltd, and William and Susan Forbes.
I have attached cross section plans of the proposed bulkhead and boardwalk.
I also have attached a check for $200 -- $100 for the permit renewal and $100 for the minor
modification.
Please let me know if you have any questions about the town's request.
Sincerely,
14 Z //
Mike Wright
